XRF Analysis Services | X-ray Fluorescence Elemental Testing | Non-destructive and element content testing

Professional XRF testing services for non-destructive elemental analysis. We provide rapid and accurate qualitative and quantitative data from Na to U. Expertise in metallurgy, minerals, and environmental compliance (RoHS).

XRF Principle

XRF irradiates the sample with X-rays, causing inner-shell electrons of elements in the sample to be ejected, leading to nuclear outer electron transitions. When excited electrons return to the ground state, they emit characteristic X-rays. Different elements emit unique characteristic X-rays with distinct energy or wavelength properties.
