The EP-NV series products are low-chlorine and low-viscosity novolac epoxy resins. Compared with ordinary novolac epoxy resins, they have the advantages of maintaining a high glass transition temperature, chemical corrosion resistance, low viscosity, and low halogen content.
Product Applications
- High heat-resistant electronic adhesives
- Motor insulation impregnating varnishes
- Electronic packaging
- Composite materials
