LC separates samples through a chromatographic column, and the separated compounds are then detected by MS.

Sample Submission Requirements and Notes

  • Samples can be solid or liquid, weighing 20–100 mg, stored in a plastic centrifuge tube.
  • The sample must be completely soluble in a volatile common solvent (e.g., methanol, ethanol, acetone, etc.).
  • The sample should have ultraviolet (UV) absorbance.
